2. Accuracy of Site Information & Carat Weight Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, carat equivalencies (Diamond Equivalent Weight - DEW), metal purity hallmarks (S925 / 14K / 18K), ring sizing dimensions, and pricing. Moissanite Specification Notice: Carat weights for Moissanite gemstones are represented in Diamond Equivalent Weight (DEW) based on millimeter measurements (e.g., 6.5mm = 1.0 Carat DEW) because Moissanite has a slightly lower density than mined diamonds. Nivo Carat reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Jewelry Care & Daily Wear Disclaimer

Jewelry Care Notice: Fine precious metals and plated finishes (such as gold vermeil over silver) require delicate care. Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh household detergents, chlorinated pools, salt water, hot springs, and cosmetic lotions. Remove rings before intense weightlifting or abrasive manual labor to prevent prong deformation. Nivo Carat is not liable for metal tarnishing caused by chemical exposure, bent prongs from blunt trauma, or lost center stones resulting from physical impact.
